The Australian Parliament needs to listen to what the Aboriginal Peoples want, self determination would be a good start.

Should the guarantee protect all Australians against racial discrimination, or only Indigenous Australians?

It has allowed for special Aboriginal education programs, so I suppose there are occasions when it can be put to some good use, though generally speaking it's pretty vile.

Start from scratch by ending our colonial mentality and organising structure, listen and act upon how Aboriginal structures are.
