Do you support recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by changing the Constitution or making some other kind of legal change?

What should the change look like?
They should be directly acknowledged as the first people of this country, a people of many tribes and languages who's culture and dreaming intertwined with local geography, and ecologys. They were central over generations to this landscape. European set
Should we have a statement that acknowledges the First Peoples of Australia?
Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

Should the Australian Parliament keep the power to make special laws for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples?

Do you have any ideas on what new words could be used to describe that power, or where in the Constitution to put the power?
The laws should be only adopted after submission to, revision by and approval by an indeginous 'upper house' comprising elected members from all states and territories. No wedge politics should be imposed on this council to force the adoption of laws, I.e
