I come from the UK but I am an Australian and all the locals should have been recognise when Captain Cook came. Therefore it should be up to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander to make what should be changed

Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

The Law should apply in the same way to every one, this does not mean the the Law is right. It's up to all of us to help make it right.

I would not know how to change the Constitution but would suggest every one who goes to an AFL game sits next to an indigenous person. I did for 21years going to his funeral this year.
