Yes

No individual or group of people can be discriminated against on the basis of race. If an individual or group of people feel that they ar being discriminated against on the basis of race then this should be the determination for racial discrimination.

If there is not enough support for a guarantee in the Constitution, what other things can we do to stop racial discrimination in national laws?
Ensure that laws protecting against racial discrimination cannot be repealed. ie. Section 18c of the Racial Discrimination Act.

I believe that changing the constitution to stop racial discrimination is the right thing to do.
