Should we have a statement that acknowledges the First Peoples of Australia?
Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

Along the lines of recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people as being the First People of Australia and members of the World's longest continuing culture. The wording must be respectful and reverent to a resilient and profound culture and peo

Should the Australian Parliament keep the power to make special laws for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples?

Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander people must be able to determine laws that fit their culture.
Do you think that a guarantee against racial discrimination should go into the Constitution?
Yes

Groups must reflect the diverse range and number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clans and nations and must be elected by Indigenous people.
