First and foremost the issue of the way we speak about land in Australia should be changed. Land held by 'the Crown', i.e. Crown Land, should be retitled as 'Aborigianl Land' or 'Murray' or 'Wiradgjurri' or whatever the first people refer to their 'nation

After aboriginal people are recognised in the constitution there is no danger of indigenous people have law passed against them.

In a time of war we may want to reserve the right to refuse entry or detain people from any nation until the conflict is over.
