The change should recognize and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Rights as First Nation people of the land and sea

Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

The Constitution recognize and acknowledge that the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander is the First Nation People of the Land and Sea and have the full right to their Law/Lore and rights.
